Anyone with an account with Hargreaves Lansdown on here?
If so, do you keep any record of how much you have in it? I tried to do a screenshot a few years ago every few months but that doesn't really mean anything in terms of proof of how much you have in your account should anything ever happens and you can't access your account to show how much money is in there.
they don't send out a monthly statement or quarterly statement so it isn't so easy to keep track like a bank account.

HL provide quarterly statements. You can download them from the "Portfolio History" tab, under "Statements"poppy106

Quarterly statements are a legal requirement (set by EU directive MiFID II). So, they should be generating quarterly statements. If you are not getting them in the post, then it's likely they are in the documents section, which you can download.mills112 said:

I get an email every time there's a new quarterly statement, telling me to log in and where to find it.4

Yes, me too. And the documents are downloadable.1 -
where is it on my account? I don't see a section called documents and I never receive anything from HL to tell me about my quarterly statements.DiamondLil said:Beddie said:I get an email every time there's a new quarterly statement, telling me to log in and where to find it.

Best to check they have your email address correctly held. Do you hold investments with them or only cash savings?mills112 said:

i have found it! it is a small link at the bottom of the page, called "investment reports". i do get emails for these but just thought they are talking about performance and not total fund value. good to know!jimjames said:

It's in the "Portfolio History" tab that's above the list of your investments.mills112 said:
