Parking Ticket issued on private land, need some advice

Hey guys, i have recently received a parking ticket after i parked on private land (unknowingly) at about 11:30 PM a few weeks ago. I had gone to get a cup of tea, and then returned to my car and left. In the ticket they sent me, they included photos showing and proving that i parked there, and it even states from they own evidence that i had only stayed there for 8 minutes. The company is called Secure Parking Solutions. I had made an appeal with the company first, showing that i had only stayed 8 minutes and that the BPA rules state that a 10 minute mandatory period has to be enforced. They rejected that appeal, so my only option was to go through POPLA. After submitting that, along with their own evidence showing that i was there for only 8 minutes, and stating that the signs were unclear, which they were as it was shops behind me and the way i reverse parked i saw no signs, it was night and none of them were illuminated either so even upon returning to my car i saw no signs.
Anyway, they have responded to my POPLA appeal (the company) and they basically stated that a mandatory period is only supposed to be given in pay and display car parks and that the mandatory grace period doesnt apply if i leave my vehicle, i have then replied back stating that they never provided any photos of their own signs, just designs showing what is printed on the sings, and even on their map showing the placement of signs it shows that if you reverse park, no sign ever is in front of you or at the entrance, just on the wall behind.
Since the company rejected my first appeal, and now said what they said about the period not applying if i walk away, i am getting a bit worried as to what they chances are that POPLA will accept my appeal.
Anybody had any experience like this? i will be happy to answer any questions in the comments.
i tried posting links to the photos but it would allow me, so i will just explain their evidence:
Several pictures of my car within the area at that time, also while entering and leaving, proving i was there for only 8 minutes.
The letter they sent me, along with payment options on separate pages
Some internal documents they had where they had information about the ticket, such as start time, VRM and address of the private land.
A site map showing where the signs are placed (all of them are place on a wall behind the entrance, none of them are placed at the actual entrance to the land, and since i reverse bay parked and it was night i could not see any of the signs, even when i returned to my car.)
A couple of pictures of what the signs are supposed to look like, designs of them, but no actual real world photos showing exactly what they look like on the wall
A contract agreement between them and the land lord

Don’t worry about the POPLA appeal. It doesn’t make a difference if they reject it.
Who owns the land? Is it the cup of tea selling place?2 -
nope, its a row of about 10 shops, where the tea shop is like the first shop and i parked in front of shop number 4 or something. its not a pay and display, its just authorised vehicles only. worse part is that i gave chatgpt some of this information and for it to come up with a good rebuttal and it did but it failed to tell me about certain issues, like not challenging certain things the operator says can immediately be accepted by POPLA as fact. -_-Jame4ters said:Don’t worry about the POPLA appeal. Why on earth would you use chatgpt for anything to do with a private parking scam it won't help at all, all the information you need is on here start with the newbies thread on the top of this forum. You will never get a cancellation by appealing to these unregulated scammers the do what they want and bend and twist things to their own end they are only interested in money.POPLA only deal with landowner authority, contracts signage etc, it's pointless just telling them what happened on the day and you need dated photo evidence of lack of signage, non conforming signage or non visibility just describing things isn't evidence. But you haven't said what the NTK was issued for, if it was for parking in a no parking area they were not offering a contract so if there was no offer there can be no consideration expected. There was no compulsion to go to POPLA they are a Kangaroo court that sides with their paymasters where possible and their staff aren't very bright. The joint COP does not "state that a 10 minute mandatory period has to be enforced" a variable consideration period is quoted in Annex B1.But no matter POPLA isn't anything to bother about and there is no compulsion to pay these scammers.

i uploaded what the ntk looks like, im guessing its because i was an un authorised vehicle that was parked there. also i only used chatgpt for the technical stuff, i didnt know this forum existed at that point xDD. so is there anything i can do if they reject my appeal?James_Poisson said:Why on earth would you use chatgpt for anything to do with a private parking scam it won't help at all, all the information you need is on here start with the newbies thread on the top of this forum. The joint COP does not "state that a 10 minute mandatory period has to be enforced" a variable consideration period is quoted in Annex B1.But no matter POPLA isn't anything to bother about and there is no compulsion to pay these scammers.0 -

So you were trespassing they cannot invoice you for trespass.1

how does that work though? like what actually says i cannot be invoiced for trespassing, and what can i do witht hat information? like how do i apply that to my situation to get my ticket appeal accepted?James_Poisson said:So you were trespassing they cannot invoice you for trespass.0 -
It doesn't matter about the appeal. It's not a 'fine' and you do not have to pay it.
Just ignore the whole thing if you lose at POPLA. Go & read the top thread called POPLA Decisions from the end (most recent replies) and go back a good twenty pages. You'll see. POPLA are quite rubbish.
Post your POPLA Decision there when you get it. If you lose, just ignore the letters.
I suggest you also read the official MSE Guide which is linked at the top of the page. It was checked this Summer by Martin Lewis and is very clear on what to safely ignore.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
