Trouble with Bitwarden?

Tried logging in on a website & the credentials I have stored in Bitwarden didn't work. Absolutely not true so I imagine the website has reset my account or something.
Go to auto regen a password but the problem is it wont let me save it to my Bitwarden account.
Close it down & re-open & just a no-go. I'm constantly getting Access token refresh errors & API errors in red in the top right corner.
What's going on with it?

My Bitwarden is working perfectly, both on my iPhone and on the Windows 11 desktop PC I am typing this on. It is the free plan.0

Log out of Bitwarden and back in again. if that doesn't work uninstall and start again.
What web browser are you using? Or are you using a mobile version?Drinking Rum before 10am makes you

Is it only happening on one particular website or generally?
Are you able to name the problematic site?
There's an ongoing bug in Bitwarden that manifests on some installs as a prompt asking if you want to save (unchanged) credentials but that doesn't sound like your problem.0 -
Forgot to mention, Bitwarden also works fine via Firefox on my desktop Win 11 PC0

I closed it down & re-opened it if that's what you mean - didn't help.RumRat said:Log out of Bitwarden and back in again. if that doesn't work uninstall and start again.

FireFox, although the issue really is this red box error I'm getting in the top right rather than not accepting my credentials.
With the credentials I'm guessing the site just reset them as I'd not used in some time. I created an account & it didn't shout at me that my email address was already in use so it probably just deleted it at some point.
My issue is that Bitwarden (on PC - Win 10) isn't saving alterations to my [Bitwarden] account.
Sure, it was Logitech. I've just bought a new keyboard & went to register it & select the illumination whatsists and it wanted me to log in.flaneurs_lobster said:Is it only happening on one particular website or generally?

I haven't had an issue with the mobile version but the PC version has been flashing up these red boxes for a while. Today was the first time for a bit I've gone to alter anything in the PC client.0 -
Try uninstalling it completely from Firefox and then reinstall, if logging in and out didn't work.B0bbyEwing said:

Could it possibly be that you are logging into Bitwarden.eu as opposed to Bitwarden.com? Or vice versa0

Only if they changed how things work behind the scenes.Murmansk said:Could it possibly be that you are logging into Bitwarden.eu as opposed to Bitwarden.com? Or vice versa
I use the app on my phone and I use the app or whatever it's called on Windows 10.
Wherever it points to I couldn't tell you.
Anyway just to update - I've resolved this.
Logged out. Logged in. Fixed. RumRat was right. I didn't get what they meant as I thought they just meant shutting it down but then I clocked the log out button which I'd never paid attention to before.0
