That does not relate to possible SC reduction, proposal to move WHD costs from SC to Unit rate is currently out for consultation.luci said:

I thought that was just about the £150 fuel reduction not the standing charge?0

Supposed to be some zero or very low s/c tariffs in January but really low users will either be excluded or have to pay for a minimum usage, Octopus may concentrate their low s/c on their TOU tariffs but Ofgem are probably going to let the energy retailers wriggle out of it some way or another.1
