Online Conveyancing? Pros/Cons
Comments
-
I used an online conveyancing company last year and was very happy with them.
They were equally as good as the other 2 high street firms in the chain.
And BTW all solicitors blame the others.
A colleague is currently using a firm recommended on this website and has been very happy.
I have just emailed an online company for a quote to extend a lease as a high street firm didn't answer my email for a week. Instant answer booking a phone consultation and an informative chat within a couple of days.
So will probably go online again.0 -
Thanks. Yes I've found a few who seem to get good reviews. They are considerably cheaper than local high street ones and our sale is pretty straightforward. It's not like there was any face to face contact with our old solicitors and who now cant be bothered to reply to me and answer simple questions. So seems the way to go.1
