You just write about your disability/vulnerability in box E4 on page 5 explaining how it affects your ability to take phone calls (mediation) or being in court for the hearing. We don't know your particular disability/vulnerability (nor do we need to) so cannot write it for you.PostrGrrl said:Thanks @Coupon-mad I'd already read this general advice but I need specific advice on how to write about my vulnerability.Having already had problems with disability benefits due to not knowing how to word things correctly I'd like to avoid that and because of my diabilities I need to start now as my ability to read and write fluctuates.3 -
UPDATE: I've now had confirmation of the mediation call - last week of April following numerous attempts by DBL legal to contact me direct by phone, luckily all with automated voices so I've just hung up on them

So mediation went as expected, I offered to make a settlement if they could confirm which term or condition I had broken, they couldn't so I didn't settle.
I've now received a Notice of Transfer of Proceedings to the County Court at Reading, however, I live in South Bucks and it will be difficult to attend Reading. Is there a closer court I can request transfer to and if so how?

Which court did you request in your N180. ?

The hearing will never take place. Show us the attached NoD when DCB Legal email it!

@Gr1pr I requested my home court as I didn't know how to find a name, I realise now I could have asked here. I now know it's High Wycombe County Court, from phoning CNBC. They suggested I ring the National Court Line (0300 123 5577) who told me that while Reading are doing the admin they hold hearings at High Wycombe and Slough. They advise emailing Reading to confirm this is correct and to request my preferred location which I've done.
@Coupon-mad That's what I hope, but I can't risk having to travel twice as far if it does and I'll have better peace of mind if I've done what I can to get it changed to the closest location.
