Hi ill try get through this a simple as i can
I went to foot locker black friday weekend to purchase some shoes
Was told by the member of staff there that he could order me the shoes in my size to store i was there ready to pay he then said he could not get them
Fast forward a day later i went back to the same store to see if it had changed luckily this time i could order the shoes and i got a reciept to say the shoes had been preordered at £67 waited a week i didnt hear anything so contacted foot locker and they said my order has been cancelled and i need to come and get a refund just been in to foot locker and the same shoes are now £90 spoke to a member of staff and they can now order the exact same shoes in that i had a pre ordered in just one week later do i have a leg to stand on here

Depends how much legal leg work you're prepared to put in for £23.
First thing to do is to raise it nicely and politely with the store manager. They may simply resolve it there and then.0
