Moorside Legal - County Court Claim Notice and Mediation-1

Hi MSE,
Received a County Court Claim Notice dated 09.12 don't believe this is in relation to the others and expect a lot more to come.
The letter claims I owe the sum of £447.48, as I have not paid or agreed to a suitable resolution.
Is this a forewarning letter that a claim is on its way?

How do I respond to this - is this a case of waiting for the forms to arrive from the Civil National Business Centre ?0

Its a letter from Moorside Legal teling you that they have issued a Money Claim on MCOL
So wait for it to arrive in the post3 -
Interesting. There is no purpose in sending a letter to say a county court claim has been issued AND ask for a payment of £447 today UNLESS a county court claim has not been issued and you are trying to trouser hundreds of extra pounds.
That would be fraud.I'd be intrigued if a claim does not arrive within the next 2 weeks. Further action would be warranted, even if one does arrive if the timescales would suggest a period of attempting to scam people out of non-existent court fees.3 -
Is this related to either of your other two threads?0

I don't believe so1

What would you expect the timeframe to receive claim if issued - 2-3 weeks as Christmas in between?1
