Company won't refund

I recently bought some items online through Debenhams, I returned both items and they have confirmed that they have had them both back. They have only refunded one of the items. This has been going on since early October and I keep getting fobbed off saying the refund has been processed when it quite clearly hasn't. I have had 3 separate emails from them saying this has been passed to the Admin dept and that I have to wait 8 days for them to contact me. This has not happened and they are also taking over a week to respond to emails/messenger/whatsapp. I don't know where to go from here as there customer service is absolutely appalling and there is no way of contacting them by phone. Can anyone help please
