Upcoming mediation call with DCB Legal

Hi all,
so I have my mediation call on the 5th of January for a case where I was stopped in a car park and not parked, anyway my question is I am permanently moving out of the country three days after the call so if we don’t come to a resolution on the mediation call what would happen? I understand the next stage would go to court, but obviously I won’t be able to attend because I won’t be in the country as I would’ve permanently moved away from the UK

The process will continue, the local court will write to your current address
Which parking company. ?0 -
I doubt that its Europarks , more likely to be ECP, Euro Car Parks
Probably not, but you must deal with the paperwork etc0 -
Yes, sorry it is Euro car parks
okay, cool so it’s possible to complete the process via email then?0 -
Yes, but you need to have your postal mail checked weekly, especially for the court order from your local civil court
The likelihood is that they will discontinue before the hearing fee is due to be paid , emailing an N279 discontinuation document to you0
