Playing music offline problem

Hi all

My wife wants to play music using her phones own music player app when she flies next week but when we have tried playing the music offline in preparation for it they won't play.

Can anyone suggest what we can do please

Kind regards mark

  • Where are you getting the music files from? Spotify? Do you have an account with a streaming service?

Have you tried downloading the music into local store?

Does your streaming service allow you to download tracks to save and play offline? That is what you have to do.

If you are using a free service then you probably can't

Put music files on the phone and they will always be available irrespective of streaming service access or membership level.

    What phone?
    What app?
Where is the music now, when it's online? Is it part of a streaming service like Spotify or Amazon Music, is it music she "owns" and is saved to a cloud service like Google Drive?
