La Liga tickets - Real Betis

Any reason not to buy them online when they're released? Its much easier....not sure about Betis, but I've bought Barca tickets from cash machines in the city before too.
There's generally no child tickets, it's all one price.2 -
I don't want to buy them online when released (which I assume is three weeks beforehand) in case our plans change. I would prefer to wait till as late as possible.0

I had a quick look at their attendances - it seems thay are temporarily playing at La Cartuja Stadium (70,000 capacity) whilst their own stadium is being renovated. When at their normal ground it seems they attract near capacity crowds in the region of 50,000.So leaving it late to look for tickets MIGHT leave you with a restricted choice.......depends on crowd sizes at their temporay location ?0

Fair enough. You could always buy them online on the day, save a trek out to thr stadium....or at least use the online availability as a guide to whether it's worth heading out to buy tickets in person.musol said:I don't want to buy them online when released (which I assume is three weeks beforehand) in case our plans change. You may want to double check that the ticket offices will be open on a Sunday. Im sure they would be given it's a match day, but the website only lists mon-fri opening hours.0 -
Hi,
I thought I'd inform you of how my trip went. Getting to La Cartuja was a bit of a mission from the town (ironically we were staying right next to Seville's stadium) but an Uber did not cost that much - three hours before kick off was much more expensive than two hours before (£14). Not sure why but pleased all the same!
The tax driver told us we may have difficulty getting tickets at the gate or they might be more expensive. None of it. The ticket office was open, and we got three best positioned tickets at 60 Euros each (no concession for kids). Not bad really, compared to premier league prices. Not only that, but we did not pay any additional fees. Had I bought the tickets online, there would have been booking fees on top.
I did not want to buy tickets in advance in case we didn't end up going etc. I think I'll take my chances if I go to European games in future and just buy at the gate. By the way, the attendance was over 60,000 so you'd be very unlucky not to get a ticket - even for Madrid or Barcelona I reckon (though those tickets will likely be more expensive).

I wouldn't risk just turning up for either Real Madrid or Barcelona, they have a worldwide fan base and far bigger clubs than Real Betis.
