    Thats correct,  which is why I asked for the 2 names from the top left of the claim form 

    You can renumber after paragraph 3

    I'm unsure as to whether to go with the template wording i.e. unable to recall driving... unremarkable day etc. or if I should change to include my recollection of events i.e. getting boxed in and stuck in a queue? Or whether to keep that bit and add my recollection as well?

    Use the one from the group thread which was created to stop threads about Smart Parking claims.

    We were drowning in them. All the same! You could not get an easier one.
