not only does the website hardly ever work, when you do order they mess it up.

i ordered a shirt a while ago, and received an email saying they didn't have my size in stock anymore.

i thought that is ok, it happens, but the next time they had a sale they apparently had the item in stock in the size i wanted!!

i have heard that it is to do with not having a central warehouse or something.

i love the clothes debenhams do, if a little overpriced sometimes, but their online service can be appalling.

    Agreed. I recently cancelled my Debenhams card, with 2 motives: show my displeasure at their service and clear up my credit file.
