Curry's Black Friday Price Guarantee. Scam?

Bought the TV and signed up for this. Without much optimism, but just had an email offering £79 back. Yhe email provides a link for ne to enter bank details. Is this a scam email? No evidence in original email to prove hhry know me. Like receipt number or item purchased.

What do you think someone would be able to do with the same information people happily handed out like confetti on the bottom of cheques for decades?

As above, cannot go wrong if you enter sort code and account number.

As you signed up, as I did, I doubt it'll be a scam.

Check the price history of the item you purchased as a double check.

I have now received an email from

    From:curryspriceguarantee@brandmovers.co.uk

advising me that the price was not lower in the promotion period so I am not due any refund.

How much did you pay for the TV?
How much is the current price for the TV?
Does that difference match the £79 price guarantee refund?

As I said previously you may have to check the price history during the Currys Black Friday qualifying period, the laptop I purchased was offered at 3 different prices.
