Prize:

 

There is one prize consisting of a seven (7) night holiday at the Elisabeth by the Sea, Tossa De Mar, Costa Brava, on a Room Only Basis for four (4) people in two (2) rooms, including return flights to Girona Costa Brava airport (the “Holiday”), and five thousand pounds (£5,000) cash (the “Cash”).

 

The following terms and conditions shall apply to the Holiday:

 

The Holiday winner may choose to fly from any of the following airports, subject to availability: Birmingham, Bristol, East Midlands, Edinburgh, Glasgow, Leeds Bradford, London Luton, London Stansted, Manchester, or Newcastle airport.

 

Private return transfers to the Elisabeth by the Sea hotel from the airport shall be included in the prize.

 

Transfers to and from the UK airport shall be included within ninety (90) miles of the chosen UK airport to and from the winner's home address (based on “fastest route” on google maps by car, using the Winner’s home postcode). The prize provider will book transport for the winners (likely a taxi/train) to and from the airport from the winner's home address at the time of booking the Holiday.

 

The prize shall include one (1) item of checked baggage per person, up to twenty-two kilograms (22kg).

 

The Holiday shall include one excursion per booking via Jet2holidays, up to a value of five hundred pounds (£500) to be booked at the same time as your package holiday.  The Holiday winner shall be given the choices for the excursions upon booking the Holiday. Excursions shall be subject to availability and may be subject to age restrictions. Should the excursion cost less than five hundred pounds (£500) total there will be no refund/cash equivalent provided for the winner.

 

The Holiday winner must book the Holiday at least three (3) months prior to the chosen travel dates, except for the available January/February/March dates which must be booked within a month of receiving the prize. All travel dates and flights are subject to availability. If the Holiday is not booked within the Redemption Period and in accordance with this paragraph, it will be deemed forfeited and neither cash nor any other form of compensation will be supplied.

 

The Holiday must be booked within the following dates: 01/05/2026 – 31/05/2026, 01/09/2026 - 30/09/2026, 27/07/2026 - 03/08/2026 (“Redemption Period”).

 

Once the Holiday is booked, the Holiday shall be subject to the Prize Provider terms found here http://www.jet2holidays.com/terms-and-conditions and http://www.jet2.com/terms (the “Jet2 Terms”). In the event of any conflict between the Jet2 Terms, and these terms and conditions, these terms and conditions will take precedence.

 

Prize Provider’s prize winner team will liaise with the Prize winners to book the flights, accommodation and other elements of the Prize. The Holiday and each element of the Holiday is non-transferable and non-refundable, and may not be exchanged for cash.

 

Once booked, if the Holiday needs to be altered or amended it will be at the cost of the prize winner.

 

The winner and their companion(s) must hold a current and valid passport and any other relevant travel documentation required for travel to and entry to Spain. The winner is responsible for checking the travel and entry protocols for Spain before they depart and ensuring that they fully understand and comply with any such protocols.

 

All expenses not explicitly set out above will be the responsibility of the winner.

 

In the event of unforeseen circumstances outside of prize provider’s control which fully prevents it from providing the prize, the prize provider reserves the right to substitute the prize, or elements of the prize, for an alternative of equal value.

 

In the event for any reason the winner does not take an element of the prize within the Redemption Period, that element of the prize will be forfeited by the winner and neither cash nor any other form of compensation will be supplied in lieu of that element of the prize.

 

It is the responsibility of the winner to (i) organise visas for the travelling party if necessary and (ii) ensure that the travelling party has valid travel insurance, including without limitation covering overseas medical costs; (iii) to inform the prize provider of any requirements due to disabilities for example wheelchair access or any persons with reduced mobility travelling with the winner and/or their companion(s) when taking up the prize; and (iv) to adhere to any applicable health and safety guidelines. The prize provider will accommodate any disabled access requirement as notified by the winner (wheelchair space, subject to availability). All passengers must have a valid passport to travel.

 

At least two (2) of the travelling party must be over the age of eighteen (18) years old.

 

The Holiday shall not constitute a ‘package’ under the Package Travel and Linked Travel Arrangements Regulations 2018 (the “Regulations”) and the Regulations shall not apply, nor shall the applicable provisions of the Terms and Conditions which relate to the Regulations.
