If the account is a personal account, even if used for business purposes it cannot be legitimately transferred, though as others point you could give the thire party the login details.skipness said:How do I transfer “ownership” of a Facebook account to somebody else, including details of all followers etc?
If by "account" you mean a page, which is used for business, then that can be transferred to another account within the settings section for that page, so for instance you could transfer the ownership of that page to another Facebook account, but the recipient needs to have their own Facebook account for it to be transferred to.
