Claim under CRA, not the warranty. You had it for less than 6 months. Did you use a credit card for the deposit? Finance? Tell garage who supplied it you claiming under consumer rights.0

Can nobody read on this thread? Multiple times the OP stated that it was a 2021 car, including in their opening post, that they had owned for 18 months, multiple times they have been asked how old the car is and how long they have owned it. Now you are stating that they have had it less than six months when the OP themselves state the have owned it for 18 months.m0bov said:Claim under CRA, not the warranty. To claim under the CRA they would need an independent report stating that the fault was present at point of purchase. It is highly unlikely that will happen as none of the story from the garage attempting repair adds up, small rubber hoses do not destroy drive shafts, low oil pressure does not cause coolant water to get into cylinders, as a PP has said it sounds like the garage destroyed the engine during their attempted repair of a failed drive shaft which severed a coolant hose and have them doubled down on their lies to try and cover themselves.5
