I,m trying to put cash into an isa with them, i,m a new customer. Ive got to the bit where i have to deposit the cash. When i press instant access, it goes to my account,goes through to truelayer,onto my bank, then it goes back around again to the deposit funds. I cant go anywhere from there it just repeats itself. Any help please?

Who do you bank with?

If the T212 app can't pull the money via Open Banking, you're going to have to set them up as a new payee with your bank and push it through from the other end.

I had the same issue. Ended up paying by card.

I bank with HSBC. Sometimes if I have the HSBC app open before I attempt to move money into T212 it gets confused. I force close the HSBC app first and then try the payment from within T212 - works every time then
