Car lease delivery delayed - right to cancel?

  • I am not suffering any loss other than the start (and therefore end) date of the contract being significantly later than I wanted it to be.

FWIW they're asking £20 a month extra for the paint colour in stock. I'd have thought that a display of some goodwill from them would be well within expectations but it seems not.

Thanks for all the advice. I will give their cancellations team a call on Monday and see whether they have any more sway over compromise or cancellation terms than my broker seems to.

Oh Renault up to their tricks. I got burned with a Symbioz, signed and finance checked, 1.6 Full Hybrid engine, they DC that engine, and only had 1.8 Full Hybrid now, so that contract is void, and wanted me to pay £30 or so more a month.
