Being taken to court by Smart Parking

is it possible, O helpful experts, to have a private exchange with someone about tactics and chances ? I don't want to plaster details of my thoughts and defensive arguments on open forum for SmartParking's lawyers to read in advance..... hough I suppose "private advice" defeats the purpose of a pro bono forum and I'll just have to work out a way of concealing identifiable details.

Change identifying details, post publicly. That's how forums work your question helps others too. If you're that worried, pay a solicitor. Free advice comes with the public forum deal.3

So redact the usual information, same as everyone else on here, no personal or private information, but leaving the dates etc showingthepadre said:. Though I suppose "private advice" defeats the purpose of a pro bono forum and I'll just have to work out a way of concealing identifiable details.0 -
There's no need to do any of that.thepadre said:is it possible, O helpful experts, to have a private exchange with someone about tactics and chances ? This is why the Smart Parking Group thread exists. No need for any discussions, no need to sweat over a particular defence argument. There is no need for that in Smart cases.
Come back in 9 months and tell us when it is discontinued please. That's all we ask.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

my thoughts and defensive arguments on open forum for SmartParking's lawyers to read in advanceThey don't care. They churn out 500+ Smart Parking claims a week now. They won't even read your defence, so just use the standard template. It'll be discontinued next year. That is the modus operandi - DCB Legal just use the court system as a cheap £35 debt collection exercise.
500 claims a week
500 x £35 = £17,500 outlay
Half pay the £250 straight away out of fear = £62,500
More pay later on in the process + default judgments = £25,000
100 are discontinued
= £70,000 gross
= £3.6 million from Smart Parking alone.1
