PCN from Total Parking Solutions

I went to see my accountant and parked in their car park. I was there for 62 mins. I usually park in the same spot. I have received a PCN stating that I was recorded parked on our client's private property, and the vehicle was in contravention of the terms and conditions displayed on the signage.
Please, how should I move forward with an appeal for this, as i was not aware they had installed a camera?.

Speak to your accountant first as they should be able to get the invoice cancelled.3

I was not told this and before - the cameras were not there

Whoever contracted with TPS can cancel it, even if it wasn't your accountant, known as plan A
Download the latest Joint Code of Practice from the BPA website and read the section about changes and signage to newly monitored car parks like this one
