Well looks like they are in the middle of a major mess up.
On my tablet app this morning there were 6 notifications of transactions for small amounts coming in and out of accounts none of which mine (the last 4 digits of the account Number was quoted in each notification) all timed around 0530 this morning.
Strange to report that the Spring savings app is curiously non functional this morning - now I wonder why that might be?
Looks like Paragon Spring savings are having to sort out a major mess up.

Same here. I put on the phone this morning and had notification that £1.80 had gone out of my account. I was able to briefly check the balance in the app, before it logged me out - all monies correct and in place.
But the apps been down all morning......☹️0 -
Just been back in and seems to be working ok again now, albeit a bit slow.....0

Apart from the above problem, has anybody got anything to say good or bad about Spring as I'm about to open an account with them. thank you0

Yes I've been with them a few months now, really like, simple product, instant deposits and withdrawals. Never had any issues, good companion saving app.1

I use them, no problems, and I'm basic so I like the dog1

Been with them six months. No problems other than the aforementioned app issue. Withdrawal and deposit very quick using open banking. (But I've only tried it in working hours). App also shows interest pending, and credits immediately after midnight on last day of month.1
