Confused about energy comparison table
I'm not sure if it's correct or a typo but there's a table on this site that looks odd.
When you go to the Energy section of the forum, at the top there is a link called "Fix or Stay on the Price Cap". If you go down that page, you'll find a table headed "The Cheapest Energy Fixes" under the header Top Energy Deals.
The Octopus 12M Fixed deal has the rating -6.2% Less. So I read that as minus 6.2 Less, which to me means 6.2% more.
Or is the minus symbol a typo? None of the other ratings have a minus symbol.
I'm just coming off an Octopus 15M deal and have moved on to their 12M one. Now I'm wondering if I've made the right decision.
Still, there's no exit fee so I'm not trapped.

You're right, it's a typo - the Outfox tariff below has the same typo too. Should be either -6.2%, or 6.2% Less (as all the others are listed).JohnB47 said:I'm not sure if it's correct or a typo but there's a table on this site that looks odd.
