Who sent the letter above ? And the date it was sent ?
As its a private invoice from PCM UK LTD, , there is no legal requirement to name the driver1 -
They lied when they said "must".
You don't have any obligation to name the driver, but why did you hide that info and why did you try an appeal to an IPC firm?
There's no fair appeal with the IPC / IAS.
Ignore them.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
