TSB and Rewards paid in January 2026

Hi, I understand that in January I will be given a choice of £120 towards hotel stay, OR access to activity tickets for 12 months. Hotel stay sound good but I see you have to book through travelcredits.com When I try to look up this company there is a lot of mentions of scams and follow-up harassment to your phone number. Anyone on here have any experience with the company or suggestions how best to check them out? Thanks.

I'm surprised you managed to find anything negative about travelcredits.com, I can find nothing about them other than them being the online fulfilment bit of TLC Worldwide Travel Ltd.
Where are you seeing the negative stuff?1 -
Try using this as a search term "travelcredits.com review" and the AI response says reviews are overwhelmingly negative.1

Look at the sources that the AI is summarising, none of them refer to travelcredits.com specifically. The AI response talks of "sites like..".GrumpyDil said:Try using this as a search term "travelcredits.com review" and the AI response says reviews are overwhelmingly negative.
For all I know they may be utterly made-up scam merchants (unlikely if TSB are linking to them) but it's seemingly hard to find anything at all about them. Their parent company is in the customer rewards/promotions/employee perks business with no real public face.
The website has been exeunt for 11 years and the owner is not anonymous (it's tlcmarketing.com) so they are legit. The business changed names a couple of years ago so maybe that's why there's little to be found.

Ok. Got an email from the bank yesterday. Just need to download their app from Google play or the app store and either log into the app or set it up. Took me a couple of minutes and put a note in my diary to check I get the £10 after 31/1.You do need a TSB CA.2

1) you had a current account with TSB prior to this invitation?
2) you didn't have the TSB app active on any device?0 -

Has anyone heard anything from TSB on this yet? I made the 20 qualifying transactions in December but no e-mail from TSB to choose the reward.0
