There wasn't supposed to be, officially, but in reality some people with the difficulty standing symbol have had their applications for the RAP rejected (who previously were granted it).
There are also people who've had the wrong symbol put on their Nimbus card since the splitting of the 'difficulty queueing' symbols (wrongly given 'difficulty with crowds' instead of 'difficulty standing'), locking them out of the RAP.

apparently, according to a fb group, they have now reversed their decision after public outrage and will no longer be trialing this.
