Getting 15 years out of kitchen doors seems pretty good to me, I'd take the option of new ones at low price or look to get a completely new kitchen.

If the doors are standard sizes they are very easy to change.

@jon81uk you're mistaken, the doors are lasting 5 years and have already been replaced twice

@Winnie1965 call them and argue the toss about why they have closed your case when you sent the email query on 3/12, don't mention your husband being away, it's irrelevant.

After 15 years the offer of replacement at cost price is probably the best you can hope for.

What was the original warranty period?  Being provided with replacements or repairs doesn't reset the clock on the warranty period.  I'm amazed they are still being helpful after 15 years as they don't have the best reputation.

I can't help the OP but noticed this thread with interest.

The cupboard doors in our study have a glossy wrap and I noticed at the weekend that there was a small bubble on one of the doors.  Today that bubble has spread the full height of the same door and the wrap is loose entirely (but remains in position).  I hope the wrap will not continue to come away from the door and literally fall down.  Our study was originally installed in 2019, so that makes it around 5 years old now - similar to the lifespan of the OP's kitchen doors.

The thread has already prompted me to check what the original warranty was and whether the original manufacturer has a solution.  It may solve things for me - I was going to simply try to address the issue.

I have seen previous threads about these door wraps coming away early, but usually in kitchen locations and either proximity to heat or water becomes apparent which might be an aggravating matter for any wrap.

This does make me wonder, though, how the wrap is affixed and whether there is an inherent issue.  I assume the way the wrap is affixed to the doors is pretty much the same irrespective of who the supplier is.  Is the wrap affixed by some heat shrink process, or is it affixed by an adhesive which expires?
Is there a standard after-market solution to remedy loose wrap?

A repair/replacement doesn't reset the clock on length of ownership.    The kitchen was originally purchased 15 years ago, so for the purposes of "how long have the doors lasted" - they're 15 years old.
