Hi challenged my local council about my council tax band B
the property was purchased for £33000 in 1993 which was under the VOA threshold of the 1991 threshold of £40000
i submitted evidence of a lease and title deeds and supporting evidence of similar properties, after waiting very close to a year they have denied my challenge.
so I called the VOA to complain and have just received a email, asking me to start the process again, boiling point is a understatement 😩
