Dpd / packlink / Yeep locker

For some reason one of my sold items has not used simple delivery.
I have used ebay/pacllink to bit a label for DPD and the only local drop-off points I have are Yeep lockers which I need a PIN number to access but I have not been sent a PIN.
The yeep Locker does not accept any of the numbers on the label.
I have even tried installing the Yeep app which insists on an 18-digit tracking number but the dpd number is only 14 digits...
