LBA from Civil Enforcement Ltd regarding PCN

Good morning all,
I have received an LBA this morning from the above regarding a PCN from Sep 23, I previously disputed but can't remember if I did this via letter or on their appeal system.
The PCN is for private land and I forgot to add my registration number to the system as it was new there. I spoke to staff onsite and they told me to appeal as I have proof from my bank statement that I was actually using the premises and not just parking there and off somewhere else.
The appeal system now won't let me appeal due to the length of time and the wife is worried about bailiffs coming to the door, can anyone advise my best course of action?
Cheers and TIA

They'll be no bailiffs coming to you door.
Your best course of action is to read the Newbies FAQ Announcement thread. POST 2 - Small Claim tells you how to deal with a 30 day notice LBC.
Also the Parking Tickets Appeals MSE guide at the top of this page has a link to Fight unfair private parking tickets guide.3 -
Thanks for that! I've just emailed them the template reply and added my own bit to it.... see if I get any reply I guess1

You will, then you'll get a claim but defending is just as easy. Not all CEL cases reach a hearing as they discontinue pretty often.
No risk anyway. It's a no brainer to defend.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
