Scottish Pre pay meter query?
I have just gone over to a pre pay smart meter. My issue is that I am constantly feeding it, when I bring up the payments on my phone app it also shows my meter credit and a separate statement with an increasing credit. It seems that a percentage of my meter payment is going into this account? I understand that there is a standing charge for their services but in a few days the credit has gone from £24 to £68. Before I contact Scottish power to complain, can anyone shed some light? I have no arrears so why are they taking this other money?
