Octopus Energy erroneous bills
I have been an Octopus customer for a while and my usual billing date is 28th of the month. Last month the app was showing a gas (I am on dual) bill dated 19th, this then changed to 26th then the normal bill arrived dated 28th but the gas was only to the 27th, the other bill dissappeared. I contacted them by email stating that there was obviously a glitch and was told not to worry and they would keep an eye on my account.
Now an additional bill dated 28th for 1 days worth of gas and then another bill for 6th December again just for gas.
I wonder if anyone else has had similar, I am waiting for a further response from Octopus help.

Yes they have been messing about with my date too
For 2 years bills were on the first then suddenly changed to 16th so I threatened to leave if they didn't put it right which they said they would
