Amazon Barclaycard payment issue

Morning,
Been over 24 hours now & I still can't pay off my Amazon Barclaycard balance.
Just tried using online banking as well as the app.
The app just gives a "sorry the request cannot be processed at this time, please try again later" message
The online account let you pay by an alternative debit card not when you hit confirm payment, absolutely nowt happens.
Doing my head in!
Been over 24 hours now & I still can't pay off my Amazon Barclaycard balance.

- Amazon Barclaycard Customer Services: Call 0800 151 0157 (open Monday-Friday 8am-8pm, Saturday-Sunday 8am-6pm).
- In the Barclaycard App: Send a secure message from the 'Help' section of the app

All sorted now thanks.
Apparently it's a known issue relating to Android devices. The person on chat manually sorted it for me.1
