Barclays £200 switch query

I followed all the steps to ensure I would qualify for the free £200. On 27th nov (the last day of the switch), i opened the account, paid in £2000 and requested to switch. I know the 2k went into the account straight away, it was there at 11am on 27th nov. However, ive just looked back at my statement and it said the 2k went in on 28th nov! Im now worried that barclays will say i didnt qualify. However I KNOW it went in on 27th as I remember having the barclays app open and staring right at it!
Has this happened to anyone else and if so, what was the outcome?

I think you will be okay. According to the T&Cs of the Barclays offer, you needed to:l.c.elliott said:I followed all the steps to ensure I would qualify for the free £200. You only had to start the switch by 27 Nov, not complete it. Additionally, the £2k needed to be deposited with 30 days of opening the account, not before the 27th. If you have done this and met all the other terms then you should be okay to be paid out the incentive in a few weeks.https://www.barclays.co.uk/current-accounts/switch-offer/#tandc

As above, You only need to start the switch by that date not complete. Mind you, you left it a bit close to the wire to get it sorted.I choose the rooms that I live in with care,
The windows are small and the walls almost bare,
There's only one bed and there's only one prayer;
I listen all night for your step on the stair.0 -
It wasn't the switch being complete that I was worried about not getting done by the 27th as I knew that would take days, it was the 2k into the account. But it looks like from what someone else said that the 2k only needs to be in the account 30days after opening, not by the 27th.trickydicky14 said:As above, You only need to start the switch by that date not complete. It doesn't help that Barclays are currently showing wrong information on their " our current switch offer has now come to an end" page. This states that £2k must have been paid in by 27th, contrary to the T&Cs
I paid in £2k earlier this month and have had confirmation that the £2k is on its way.0 -
For future reference, @Bridlington1 maintains a very useful thread archiving the T&Cs for many switching incentives. The terms of this Barclays offer can be found linked there, which shows the offer at the time it was valid, not the website which has now been changed.
