Prize Eligibility

14. Entrants must hold a current full valid driving licence recognised by the UK Authorities (or EU/EEA 

equivalent) and have held such for at least 12 months. 

15. Entrants with more than 7 penalty points or any previous driving convictions or have been previously 

refused motor insurance cover will not be eligible. 

16. When the winner is selected, the winner will be required to provide proof of age and eligibility to Dacia 

UK by:

a) Confirming their vehicle delivery address, contact name and number.

b) Providing a copy of their driving licence to licence@fclg.co.uk to ensure they are covered under 

the Dacia UK policy.

Prize Terms

The prize is supplied by Dacia UK, and it consists of the following:

17. The winner will win one (1) Dacia UK Duster - Extreme Full Hybrid 140 version in Sandstone for 12 

months. Home delivery and home collection shall be arranged and paid for by Dacia UK. The 12-

month use of the vehicle will begin on the date the vehicle is delivered to the winner’s address. 

18. The winner will not own the vehicle. The vehicle remains the property of Dacia UK. The prize does 

not include any right to purchase the vehicle at the end of the prize period. The winner will be subject 

to the Dacia UK vehicle terms and conditions of hire which can be found at:

19. Insurance and road tax are included. If the vehicle requires a service, the winner can contact Dacia 

UK customer services who will guide them through the process. For additional drivers to be insured, 

this will cost £10 per driver, and they must reside at the same address as the winner.

20. Should the winner or any insured additional drivers be involved in an accident, they must request a 

claim form by emailing claims@fclg.co.uk. The winner will be emailed the appropriate forms and be 

requested to share information about the incident. 

21. For the avoidance of doubt, the winner shall be liable for any costs that are not included in the terms 

of the contract or covered by the vehicle’s insurance, including without limitation: 

22. Fines or penalties for tolls, speeding, parking or congestion charges.

23. The Vehicle is subject to stock availability and Dacia UK reserves the right to change the vehicle type 

at its sole discretion. 

24. Should the vehicle be changed, it will be to a make which has a similar value to Dacia Duster, but it 

may not be a hybrid vehicle. 

25. The vehicle may only be driven in the UK and not outside of it without the prior permission of Dacia 

UK.

26. Any other costs incurred that are incidental to the fulfilment of the prize are the sole responsibility of 

the winner.

27. The prize cannot be extended, transferred, refunded or exchanged for a cash alternative. The prize 

provider reserves the right to substitute the prize (or any part of it) for a prize or prizes of equivalent 

or greater monetary value if this is necessary for reasons beyond its control.28. This prize is provided by Dacia UK. For any complaints or other communication regarding the prize, 

please contact Dacia UK. All prizes are provided on an “as-is” basis and without warranty from Jet2 

(although please note, certain products may benefit from a warranty provided by the third-party retailer 

or manufacturer). Insofar as permitted by law, Jet2 will not accept any liability for or arising from the 

prizes. 

29. If a prize is not accepted by the applicable date, it will be deemed forfeited and Jet2 reserves the right 

to award a prize to another randomly selected entry.

30. Jet2 reserves the right (but shall be under no obligation) to substitute the prize or any element of the 

prize with an alternative at any time to the equivalent prize value or at its discretion, the cash value of 

the prize or element of the prize being substituted. 

31. The prize and each element of the prize is non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash.

32. No element of the prize may be changed by the winner
