OPS appeal rejected

Well of course
do I just wait it out now and see if OPS take me to court? Should I gather any more evidence whilst I’m waiting to see if this happens? Thanks Michelle 0 -
I’m just popping back to provide an update.
So, the landowner did eventually reply but he refused to help stating he had transferred management of the car park to OPS and has no further involvement.
So I contacted One Stop (which I discovered is owned by Tesco). I emailed the Chief Executive, explaining the recent changes to the car park, the poor signage, the rejected appeal, and the lack of support from the landowner. I also provided a copy of the Blue Badge and asked whether they could assist.
I received a response advising that they were unable to help as they are only the tenant so didn’t have the authority to cancel charges. but they did say they would feed back the issues I raised to the landlord.
I then forwarded this response to the landowner, who messaged me the following day to confirm that the charges had been cancelled.
So, got there in the end. Plan A
thanks for the help
Merry Christmas

The landowner lied to you at first though. Quite shocking.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
