1. By entering this prize draw or competition (the Promotion), you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions (the Specific Terms and Conditions). If you enter the Promotion during the Promotion Period by Text Message/SMS, you will be invited to take part in the following offers:
● Additional Entry At No Extra Cost
If you enter the Promotion a second time by sending a text at the premium text rate of £2.00 (two pounds) (plus the standard network rate) using the same mobile number during the Promotion Period, you will receive an additional entry at no extra cost. A third text message is not required to claim this free additional entry. The free additional entry will automatically be included after the participant enters the Promotion a second time (i.e. by sending the second text message).
If you send a third SMS message during the Promotion Period, the cycle restarts and you will be charged again at the premium rate of £2.00 (two pounds fifty) (plus the standard network rate) using the same mobile number during the Promotion Period.
If you enter the Promotion by sending a fourth text message at the premium rate of £2.00 (two pounds) plus the standard network rate, you will receive another additional entry at no extra cost.

Winners and Prizes

1. There will be only one winner of the Promotion (the Winner), who will receive the Prize (as defined below). The Winner will be selected at random from all valid entries for this Promotion received during the Promotion Period by a computer process that produces verifiably random results.
2. The Prize is a VIP Hospitality package for the Winner and three guests at the Paddy Power World Darts Championship held at Alexandra Palace, London, for the afternoon session on 23 December 2025. The Prize includes:
   a. Platinum seats in a prime table position within the main arena, with first-class views of the walk-on and on-stage action;
   b. Fine dining and access to a complimentary bar, including signature cocktails prepared by a mixologist, premium wines, spirits, beers and champagne;
   c. Exclusive access to the 501 Lounge, hosted by Russ “the Voice” Bray;
   d. Participation for the Winner and their guests in a 9-dart challenge on The Oche, called by Russ “The Voice” Bray, and
   e. £2,500 (two thousand five hundred pounds).
3. Ticket element of the Prize is subject to Ticketmaster’s terms and conditions which can be found at https://www.pdc.tv/paddy-power-world-darts-championship-tickets, as well as the rules and regulations of Alexandra Palace.
4. The Promoter reserves the right to substitute the Prize for an alternative prize of equivalent or greater value, or at its sole discretion, the cash value of the Prize.
5. The Winner is responsible for paying all costs and expenses that are not included within the Prize, but are incidental to the Winner redeeming the Prize.
   Winner Notification and Claiming Prize
6. The Promoter will notify a Participant (selected at random from all valid entries for this Promotion received during the Promotion Period by a computer process that produces verifiably random results) by phone at approximately 17.00PM on 18 December 2025. The selected Participant will be given 30 seconds to answer this call. During this call, the selected participant will be informed that a talkSPORT presenter will call them once, live, during that day’s talkSPORT Drive show (or during another talkSPORT show, at the Promoter’s discretion). The selected Participant must personally answer both calls and must confirm their eligibility to accept the Prize, to be confirmed as the Winner of the Prize. Winner may be required to submit valid identification before receiving their Prize.
7. If, at either the time of the initial call or the live on-air call:
   (i) the selected Participant fails to answer the phone within thirty (30) seconds;
   (ii) another person answers the call;
   (iii) the call is directed to voicemail or a call screening service;
   (iv) the call becomes disconnected and it is not possible to re-establish contact;
   (v) the selected participant is not, or does not appear to be, in a position to safely and/or lawfully take or remain on the call (for example, if they are or appear to be driving); or
   (vi) the call quality is unsuitable for broadcast, or the selected Participant cannot be heard clearly (for example, due to low or no signal, dropped connection, background noise, or feedback);
   (vii) the selected participant refuses to participate or confirm acceptance of the Prize;
   the selected Participant will forfeit their chance to win.
   In the event the selected Participant forfeits their chance to win as set out above, the Promoter reserves the right to re-draw and select another Participant at random from all valid entries received during the Promotion Period. The same notification and confirmation process will then apply to any re-drawn Participant(s).
   The Promoter may require the selected Participant to confirm their telephone number when called. If the selected Participant is unable to confirm their number, or if the Promoter has reason to believe that the entrant has breached these Terms and Conditions, the Promoter reserves the right to disqualify the selected Participant and select another Participant in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.
   With the selected participant’s consent, the call with the talkSPORT presenter may be switched to a video call; however, this is not obligatory. The call may be broadcast live on talkSPORT, or pre-recorded for later broadcast at the Promoter’s discretion.
   If a Winner cannot be confirmed live on-air during the talkSPORT Drive radio show, the Promoter may continue the selection process off-air, contacting Participants in random order until a Winner is confirmed.
   The Prize (or details with instructions on how to obtain or book the Prize) will be delivered or communicated to the Winner within a reasonable time following confirmation of their eligibility.
   General
8. The Promoter's decision as to the Winner of the Prize is final and binding on the participants. The Promoter will not enter into correspondence with participants in relation to this decision. All tickets and wristbands will be physical and will be collected at the Hospitality Ticket Kiosk, located at the Palm Court VIP Entrance, when winner arrives for their booked session.
9. Unless otherwise stated in the promotional materials, this Promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, the manufacturer or service provider of the relevant Prize. Participants are providing their information to the Promoter and not to the manufacturer or service provider of the relevant Prize (although, if a participant wins, their details may be disclosed to the Prize provider in order to provide them with the Prize).
10. Any participant who enters or attempts to enter the Promotion in a manner, which in the Promoter's reasonable opinion is contrary to these Specific Terms and Conditions or by its nature is unjust to other participants (including tampering with the operation of the Promotion, cheating, hacking, deception or any other unfair playing practices such as intending to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other participants or the Promoter and/or any of its agents or representatives) may be rejected from the Promotion at the Promoter's sole discretion.
11. The Promoter reserves the right to extend, withdraw, alter or suspend the Promotion or these Specific Terms and Conditions at any time if circumstances beyond its control make this unavoidable.
12. The Promotion and these Specific Terms and Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them, are governed by English law. You can bring legal proceedings in respect of the Promotion and these Specific Terms and Conditions in the English courts. If you live in Scotland you can bring legal proceedings in respect of the Promotion and these Specific Terms and Conditions in either the Scottish or the English courts. If you live in Northern Ireland you can bring legal proceedings in respect of the Promotion and these Specific Terms and Conditions in either the Northern Irish or the English courts. Nothing affects the mandatory provisions of your local law.
