Bought a Delongi coffee machine in June this year. Milk dispenser started to have problems with the connection to the machine which meant standing beside the machine to hold the dispenser into the machine whilst making cappacino or latte. In mid november this year asked Wilko to assist in getting new dispenser from Delongi. After several days of online chat they finally refused to help citing they only helped within 30 days of purchase. My take on this is don't buy anything expensive from this company and expect your consumer rights to be taken into consideration.

Isn't there something about a 6 month "still working like new" policy in consumer rights? You might want to repost over on that board, or if you prefer I could move this for you.
