Cahoot App/Internet Problems

Tried to  sign into the cahoo app(santander) (android) and getting the message cannot log you on as have security issues tried internet banking on a pc and just freezes after I put in my sign in details
Uninstalled and reinstalled  the app but have the same issues...tried downdectector they are reporting no issues
any one else having problems ?

Same here (app). Proper Santander seems OK.

I've been having issues with Santander this afternoon after getting a new phone and got stuck in a loop where the app wouldn't allow me to log in without clicking a link in an email to verify my ID - but the email had to be on the same device as the app - which it wasn't.  But I couldn't change my account email address without verifying it was me trying to do so - in the app.  I just assumed it was a preposterous arrangement I was falling foul of - but maybe there are issues today.

I need a lie down, that's 2 hours of my life I won't get back!

The ability to login to Cahoot accounts using the Santander app has been removed

Maybe they'll now release a Cahoot App, shouldn't be too difficult.. just heavily clone the Santander App. Plenty of people have already tested it for them and proved that it works !
