Thankyou both for the information but I wouldn't feel comfortable essentially providing Incorrect information to UC about the main carer for my children. This may change the computer systems to leave us alone but I wouldn't be happy about incorrect information potentially being used against us at a later date. (Please bare in mind I am autistic so the need for clear boundaries and rules is something I need to follow within my life.)
I will continue with the monthly phone coach appointments and go with the motions and do as I'm told in regards to the work related tasks and wait to be put over the the light touch regime when my son is 3. I can always ask about this and query the AET when next speaking to my coach.
Hopefully it will all sort itself out by then, and I should be left alone regardless.
Thankyou again all0 -
This is the expectations of UC and working, for someone who has children of a certain age. So as your child is 3 then you will be expected to either work or spend time on work related activities for at least 30 hours. It was posted for general info.loobey2288 said:

This is generally correct - unless someone is in the light touch regime because of their partner's earnings. (And the OP's youngest is currently 2.)peteuk said:
