WIN! AN INDULGENT EUROPEAN CHRISTMAS MARKET ESCAPE, THANKS TO THOMAS FUDGE’S (THE “PROMOTION”) TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

By entering the Promotion, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions (these “Terms and Conditions”). Completing and submitting an entry form will also be deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. Promotional materials relating to the Promotion, including all information on how to enter the Promotion published by the Promoter (including on social media if applicable) or on the Promoter’s websites, also apply to the promotion. In the event of any conflict between any terms referred to in such promotional materials and these Terms and Conditions, these Terms and Conditions take precedence.

Participation in the Promotion

Residents of the United Kingdom aged 18 or over only, except employees and agents of the Promoter or Wireless Group Limited and anyone otherwise connected with the operation or fulfilment of the Promotion (including third party sponsors or promotional partners) and their respective associated, affiliated or subsidiary companies, and the immediate families and household members of all such employees and agents. Anyone who has won a prize for any Promotion run by participating radio stations in the News Broadcasting network in the 12 months preceding the end of this Promotion Period is not eligible to enter this Promotion.

1. The Promotion starts at 00:01 (UK time) on 1st December 2025 and closes at 23:59 (UK time) on 14th December 2025 (the Promotion Period). Any entries received outside the Promotion Period are automatically disqualified.
2. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for entries not successfully completed due to a technical fault of any kind and the Promoter accepts no responsibility for any purchases which are not completed for any reason.
3. Participants are required to enter via official channels either by the online form or channels as dictated by program
4. Entries received which are not submitted via the official entry method will not be accepted. Winners and Prizes

13. In the event that, for reasons beyond the Promoter’s reasonable control the Promoter is unable to award the prize as described in these Terms and Conditions, the Promoter reserves the right to award a prize of a similar nature and an equivalent value, or at its sole discretion, the cash value of the prize. The Promoter also reserves the right to award a prize of a similar nature and an equivalent value, or at its sole discretion, the cash value of the prize if in its reasonable discretion it is appropriate to do so.
14. The prize package is for two (2) people, all of whom must travel at the same time with the  same itinerary; At least 1 person travelling must be over the age of 18; where any  travellers are aged under 18, they must have prior parental or guardian permission; 
15. Economy flights from London only (inclusive of all applicable airport taxes, fees, and  duties); Flights may be indirect and not all routings will be available; Flight itinerary will  be selected by prize provider at their sole discretion; Excludes checked luggage and pre selected seats; 
16. Travel arrangements, including costs relating to public transport, fuel or parking, to and  from the winner or companion/s’ home and UK departure airport do not form part of the  prize and are the responsibility of the winner and their travelling companion/s; 
17. Accommodation is based on two (2) adults sharing one (1) double occupancy room in  either Vienna, Prague or Copenhagen; Accommodation will be selected by prize  provider at their sole discretion; A valid credit or debit card for incidentals may be  required to guarantee your room on check in and therefore at least one of the travellers  must possess and travel with a valid credit or debit card; 
18. The prize excludes domestic ground transfers, meals and drinks, hotel incidentals,  excursions, attractions, treatments, visas, personal expenses and anything not  expressly stated in the prize package; All elements of the prize are subject to availability;  if unavailable, experiences and items of a similar nature and equal monetary value may  be offered at the prize provider’s discretion; 
19. Travel insurance is subject to restrictions and the terms and conditions of the insurance  provider. Travel insurance provided is a basic single trip policy and it is the responsibility  of the winner and/or their companions to meet any additional costs relating to obtaining  insurance cover for any pre-existing medical conditions and for any additional costs as may be specified where the winner and/or their companions are aged 70 or over; Levels of coverage will vary and it is the winner and guest’s responsibility to ensure that the level of coverage offered is sufficient for their circumstances; 
20. All cash allowances listed will be sent via bank transfer to the winner’s nominated account, recipient of funds must be aged 18 years or older; Specific terms relating to the provided activity may apply and will be advised upon booking; 
21. Winners must contact prize provider with three preferred travel dates in three separate  months no later than six weeks prior to departure; Once booked, the prize cannot be  amended or cancelled; Prize is non-refundable and non-transferable; no cash  alternative is available; Prize cannot be taken over Christmas and New Year (22nd December – 3rd January) or Public Holidays; Prize is valid for 12 months from the date of  notification of winning, and all travel must be completed within that time; 
22. All travellers will require a passport valid for at least 6 months on date of travel; any  necessary visas or additional insurance are the responsibility of the winner and guests;
23. If the winner elects not to, or is unable to, use part of the prize, the winner will forfeit that  part of the prize package.
24. The winner and any guests may also be required to participate in reasonable publicity relating to this Promotion, including a short interview, to be included in programming on Times Radio.

Announcement and claiming of prize

1. Winners will be notified by phone or using the other contact details provided to the Promoter. All reasonable endeavours will be made to contact the winner during the specified time. If a winner cannot be contacted or is not available, the Promoter reserves the right to re-draw another winner from the valid/correct entries that were received during the Promotion Period. Winners may be required to submit valid identification before receiving their prize.
2. Winners will be required to confirm acceptance of the applicable prize within 48hours. If the winner has not claimed their prize by the date specified or the winner refuses or is unable to provide an eligible postal address for receipt of their prize, the Promoter reserves the right to award the prize to another participant.
3. For winner information (name and general location) please send a stamped self- addressed envelope by no later than 28 days after the end of the Promotion Period to the Promoter at: Promotions Department, News Broadcasting Limited, 1 London Bridge Street, SE1 9GF stating that you would like the winner details for the “WIN! Data Protection and Publicity

1. The Promoter will collect and process participants’ personal information and it will be shared with the Promoter’s agents, affiliates and, if applicable, any third party prize provider (including those outside the European Economic Area). Information provided by participants will only be used for the purpose of conducting this Promotion (including for prizes to be delivered) and other purposes as may be specified at the time of entry or on promotional materials. 2. Participants’ names and general locations will be published or made publicly available if they are a winner of the Promotion in accordance with the regulatory requirements. General

1. The Promoter’s decision is final and binding on the participants. No correspondence will be entered into.
2. If participants do not provide any of the mandatory information requested when participating in the Promotion, their entry will be void.
3. The Promoter reserves the right to require the participants to prove that they are eligible. If a winner is found to be ineligible, the Promoter reserves the right to award their prize to another participant and to require the return of any prize already awarded.

5. Participants must not do anything illegal and/or dangerous and/or that would put themselves or others at any risk.
