Moorside legal - duplicate claim?

Hello,
My partner has received an LBC from Moorside Legal but it seems to be for a 'ticket' that he has already received a county court claim for. It's being managed by Gladstones (LBC received in August, followed by CCC), for one single PCN to the value of £160. AOS has been completed, and defence is due on 9 December - we've done a few of these before so understand the process.
But any advice on how to respond to Moorside Legal would be appreciated. They are claiming multiple PCNs totalling £340 but we are confident there is only one with Euro Parking Services Limited - unless they are perhaps from many moons ago, as I saw on some other threads?
Is a SAR the best route to find out?

That Moorside LBC is about PCM.
A different company than the claim!
No SAR. Ignore until you get the daft claim.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Oh yes you’re right, I got the names confused. Very odd, haven’t had any letters from PCM in years - will wait and see. Thank you1

If this is an old PCN and you have left PCM with more than one address, then REPLY to Moorside NOW and tell them to erase the old address(es) held by PCM.kgirl123 said:Oh yes you’re right, I got the names confused. Very odd, haven’t had any letters from PCM in years - will wait and see.
Never ignore if there is an old address likely still on the file. Use the usual LBC reply in the NEWBIES FAQs thread and please don't ask us to check it.
Use it as is, for both these cases if there's a chance there is an old address on file.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
