Claim form from DCB legal help please

Hi all , I’ve received a claim form from dcb legal on behalf of UKPC for a so called parking infringement!
I went to do a job (plumbing) on a block of flats in Southampton and when I arrived I saw the signs for Ukpc so just drove back out again.
I called the guy I worked for at the time and told him that the site was Ukpc run and he asked me to send him a pic of my reg plate which I did.
He called back a while later and said I was clear to park while I did the job so I re-entered the site , parked and did the job and left .  Two weeks later I got the pcn in the post .  I contacted the guy I worked for at the time and he is not interested and I also found out that he lied and didn’t clear me to park so that was the reason I got the pcn.
I contacted the management company that runs the building and they passed my reason for parking onto Ukpc but they are also not interested so now I am here .  If I parked wrongly I would put my hands up and pay , fair cop and all that but it’s not the case and I don’t feel I’m getting a fair treatment.  Please help
all the best sean

Also study the first 2 posts in the defence template thread in announcements too

Post the Issue date from the top right of the claim form below

Post a redacted picture of the POC from the lower left of the claim form below after hiding the VRM details first

    Just use the template defence.

The case will never get as far as a hearing at Southampton if that's your nearest court?

The judges there clearly despise PPCs and seem to treat parking cases as a source of amusement. There will be no hearing,
PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

It looks like a N1SDT claim form and is NOT a CCJ, that would only come if you failed to file a defence or filed a defence, then went to court and lost the hearing and further, failed to pay in time.
With an issue date of 27/11/25 and providing you complete(d) the AoS after 02/12/25 and before 16/12/25 your defence deadline date is 4.00 p.m. on 30/12/25

    There is no such thing.

You know it's a Claim Form because it's headed up 'Claim Form'. The advice is easy to follow, simpler than any appeal.

But the 8 steps already says 'don't wait'.
