PIP Disregard in AP for UC

Hi - I know that PIP received within an AP for UC is disregarded until the following AP when it is then counted as capital. My question is: What amount of PIP is disregarded? Is it the FULL amount (e.g. if enhanced for both it would be £737.20 every 4 weeks) or is the amount minus the amount that goes straight to motability for a motability car (in our case only £511.80 enters the bank account)?

It's the payment you receive in your bank account.
Since you never receive the mobility component in your bank account, that does not affect your total amount of money.0 -
Thanks. This is what I thought but have read differently and when I work out amounts to be disregarded based on what is showing on statements (having trawled through them again this morning) I get differing amounts to decision makers - sometimes more, sometimes less - and can't work it out!Spoonie_Turtle said:It's the payment you receive in your bank account.

Think of it this way:The payment goes direct to motability, you never get it.You can't "disregard" an amount that you don't have and never had. (It just isn't/wasn't there to be 'disregarded').3
