    UKPC and myself are in a war of emails! I sent them my utility bill and 1st page of the claims letter as a SAR request.

    They've replied 5 times now asking for ID. I've gone back each time stating they don't need this and if I've received nothing by the deadline I'll raise a complaint to ICO.

    I have now completed the N180 form via email and await the replies.
