No Hobbycraft Birthday voucher??!! Ring them!!!

Having been a member of the Hobbycraft club for a few years now I've always loved getting my £5 birthday voucher knowing that if I don't get a very necessary crafting item for a present I can go into the shop and get it myself. This year there was extra expectation as there's 25% in the Black Friday sale so I was lining myself up for a nice shopping trip.
Imagine my surprise then when my birthday came and went and no voucher!! I felt quite cheated so was determined to ring them up and argue if necessary to get what they advertise. So I rang their customer service (0330 026 1400, opt 2) and steeled myself for battle. Nope, didn't happen!! They're having an IT problem which they are trying to sort but the lovely individual apologised, applied a voucher immediately to my app (I checked, it's there) and then apologised for me having to ring up to get this.
So if it's your birthday and you've missed out - give them a shout. And fyi - the voucher is usually good for about a month but this one is good until the end of January. The 25% off though ends tomorrow so I'll be toodling along to a shop asap!! I absolutely MUST have more paint brushes!!!
