I have chronic fatigue and am baffled by this advice! Please help!

    Definitely won't happen,  these cases take between 6 and 12 months, so strap in for the ride 

    You can expect them to discontinue next spring or summer,  so after step 8, next year 

    So have a good xmas etc and keep following those 8 steps
