Hi there
i live in a big apartment complex with around 8 blocks of apartments.
i checked with neighbours, the land registry and estate agents and the only block everyone is selling their apartments are in my block. Some are also selling for less than they origionally paid for?
If you were in my position would you sell your apartment like everyone else or would you keep it?
many thanks

Why are they selling?0

With so many apartments for sale, this is likely to deter potential buyers ("why are they all for sale??") and result in low offers as would appear to be a buyers' marketIf you are querying your Council Tax band would you please state whether you are in England, Scotland or Wales0

If it's a coincidence that everyone is selling at once then no, I wouldn't bother selling just for that reason.
Do the sellers know something you don't?0 -
Quite common thing now. Have they actually sold though or do you mean they are trying to sell?cocod89 said:Hi there

The main factor for me is - do you want to / need to move? Can you afford to move? Also, is there a reason so many for the flats are currently selling?1
