Euro Parking Service - Fine at Fuel station

Hi All,

I know that my case is nothing new but i am struggling to find the right forum and way to appeal.

I recently visited a BP fuel station, and realised i did not have any cards on me and my Apple pay was not set up. I parked up on the side to avoid blocking the fuel pumps. The area i was in has poor signal, so i went into a shop next door to use their wifi, but i had to purchase something as well.

I came back to my car, decided to move the car a bit until my apple pay was finished setting up (took around 10 munutes) and then filled up at the same BP station (I have my Apple pay screenshot.

Two weeks laters i recieved a euro parking service PCN. I have contacted BP and the fuel station themselves, both of them have said to contact euro parking. But i am doubtful that they might reject my appeal since i left the premises.

Any help or direction to how to appeal will be really helpful ! Thanks

Despite what thd red font says, you mustn't act now. At least ... you don't have to. Just ignore them. NO PAYING!

    Read the NEWBIES thread first.

Ignore DRAs and all the £170 threatograms.

Still unsure that we are right? Just click on the words underneath the little red 'MSE link' in the small 'Parking Ticket Appeals' banner at the top of this page which leads to the MSE Guide to fight PCNs.

Same info is shown in both this forum and in that Guide, as regards the debt recovery letters being a futile stage and ignoring these demands being risk-free as long as you don't miss or ignore a Court Claim (easy to defend). Consistent advice here is easy to find and not just from random strangers.

The MSE Guide is official 'Martin Lewis backed' advice.

PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
